MONTHLY GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any country to which DFYNE ships, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
2. SPONSOR Kelsey Grace ("Sponsor"), contactable at dfynekels@gmail.com. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with DFYNE, or any social media platform including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Lemon8.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly entry period opens on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and closes on the last day of that month at 11:59 PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside of the active Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods carry equal weight and identical odds of winning per entry.
Method 1 — Order Entry During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase on the DFYNE website (dfyne.com) using discount code KELS at checkout. After completing your purchase, submit your order confirmation screenshot via the entry form at www.kelsgracefit.com/giveaway-submissions. Your submission must include your full name, email address, and a screenshot of your order confirmation clearly showing that code KELS was used. No purchase is required to enter - see Method 2 below.
Method 2 — Free Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE). No purchase is necessary to enter. Visit the entry form at www.kelsgracefit.com/giveaway-submissions and complete the free entry form including your full name, email address, and a written statement of at least seventy-five (75) words sharing something you are proud of in your fitness journey and which DFYNE piece you have your eye on. Mass entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script or bot are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) DFYNE electronic gift card valued at one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00) per monthly Sweepstakes Period. Total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded per month: USD $200.00. Gift cards are subject to DFYNE's own terms, conditions, and expiration policies. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. As the total prize value per winner does not exceed $600.00 USD, no IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued; however, winners are responsible for reporting any prize value as required by applicable law in their country of residence.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION Two (2) winners will be selected on the last day of each monthly Sweepstakes Period by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or a designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries.
Winners may be announced publicly on Sponsor's social media accounts. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their first name and last initial for public announcement purposes. Full private data including last name, email address, and any other personal information will not be shared publicly.
7. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY Entry information collected (name and email address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and notifying winners. Sponsor will not use entrant data for future marketing communications without separate express consent. Sponsor will not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 18; any such entries will be disqualified and deleted immediately. Sponsor complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and DFYNE from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) entries not received due to technical difficulties; (c) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; or (d) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
10. DISPUTES Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation complies with the laws of their country, state, or region of residence.
12. WINNER LIST To request the names of the winners from any monthly drawing, send an email to dfynekels@gmail.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request — [Month Year]" within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of that Sweepstakes Period.
