Defy is DFYNE's lightweight low-compression collection! It is soft, breathable, and incredibly comfortable but not really designed for heavy lifting or squatting. The fabric is quite thin which means most colors are not squat proof, so I'd keep it to upper body days and lighter sessions. In my opinion, the long sleeve top is the main piece worth buying. Defy bottoms and tops are true to size (maybe even a little big) but the sports bras run small above a C cup so size up there.
