DFYNE generally runs a tiny bit small, but going with your normal size will usually be a safe bet. However, Vision and Impact do run small — so if you want something that fits more like your typical legging or short, I would recommend sizing up in those two collections.

Some collections are more curvy girl friendly than others. Impact is typically flattering on all body types, but since it runs a bit small, some people say it's not the best collection for curvier girls. But it is totally up to you, your personal preference, and what makes you feel confident!

Most DFYNE pieces are great for tall girls! The one thing to watch out for is the regular/short length leggings — they will likely be too short on anyone who is 5'8" or taller. The good news is DFYNE has started releasing a tall option for certain pieces with a longer inseam, so definitely look out for that when you are shopping.

Unfortunately, I can't say the sizes are consistent across all collections — but this is to be expected since every collection is a different material, makeup, stretch, and compression level. All of my personal sizing across every collection is listed on my About Me page!

The only pilling I have personally experienced is with the Signature joggers — and even then it is quite minimal. I have had no pilling on any of my leggings or shorts from any collection. Overall the fabric holds up really well.

I still have DFYNE pieces from over 3 years ago that look and feel brand new. The longevity is genuinely impressive — as long as you are washing them correctly, these pieces hold up really well over time.

Origin or Revive are my top picks for everyday loungewear. They are soft, relaxed, and way more comfortable for just chilling than the higher-compression collections like Impact or Vision.

Most are — but always be careful with lighter colors! As a general rule, the darker and more saturated the color, the safer you will be. I would always recommend doing a squat test in good lighting before heading to the gym in a new light-colored pair.

I wash everything on a cold setting, inside out, and air dry. I know it is a bit of a pain, but it honestly makes a huge difference in how long everything lasts. I skip the dryer entirely — heat is not your DFYNE's friend!

Yes! They actually list express shipping to the U.S. as their standard form of shipping. Keep in mind they ship out of Scotland, so it may take an extra day or two — but in my experience they are super fast. It usually takes about 4-5 days to get from Scotland to me here in Florida, which I think is pretty impressive!
